Our Story
Our Founder built Salient PR to fix the deep dysfunction he witnessed within agencies during his career. The years that he spent navigating startups and supervising numerous PR agencies revealed a recurring cycle of unfulfilled promises and repetitive disappointment. It seemed that every six months, a new dawn would herald a new agency promising to rectify past mistakes, but history would inevitably repeat itself.
Transitioning to a role on the agency side offered him a valuable vantage point - an opportunity to witness the functioning of an agency from within. Despite being surrounded by dedicated professionals, it was evident that many were overextended, lacking the necessary support and experience to perform effectively. This wasn't an isolated issue of that agency - it was symptomatic of the industry at large.
Thus, the motivation behind Salient PR was clear; our company would eschew the status quo, avoiding the replication of this flawed system. The vision was not to become an unwieldy 500-person monolith in the PR landscape, but to concentrate on a select clientele, delivering unrivaled, bespoke service.
